Deependra Manral, FCA, CIA, DISA has more than 8years of experience in private equity and corporate advisory transactions. He specializes in private equity, venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, project financing, financial and business valuations. Over the years he has been associated with several private equity, venture capital, valuation and M&A transactions encompassing varied size and in diverse sectors. His forte lies in incubating every business model and exploring a suitable financial assistance. Before coming into practice, he has worked with NDTV, Bennett Coleman Company and HSBC. He handles Income Tax Matters, Representation with authorities and consulting in direct tax matters.

Ankurit Srivastava, FCA, DISA, M.Com Possesses 11 years of experience in Credit appraisal & credit operations, Risk management credit, operational, Financial, project finance, AML, capital market, investments ,portfolio , internal control, SOX, AML, management strategic, vendor management compliance & operations He is Faculty member to the ICAI and also serving ICAI in various other capacities. Have worked with KPO, Angel broking, Escorts Group and HSBC group.

Deepshikha Sharma, FCA, qualified as a chartered accountant in 2007 Soon after qualifying she joined a Mid-Tier Chartered Accountant firm in Delhi. She was a part of Audit and Assurance Division. She brings along with her an experience of 6 years whereby she was involved in various assignments across different industries.
She has experience of being a team member as well as team leader for statutory and special audits. She has provided services to wide range of clients from non-corporate to multi-national companies and across a spectrum of industries, such as manufacturing, Information Technology, Event management, service industries etc.
She has also been associated with various other special assignments like due diligence, limited review, FP & A assignments etc.She also carries an experience in SAP FICO consultancy.She offers clients a hands-on approach and assists them in developing accounting systems, business plans, financial and budget plans. She has expertise in business operations and solutions for long term business growth. She is known for being attentive to her client’s needs and for looking for new solutions to their business challenges.

Nagendra Bhandari, B.Com, FCA member of the firm. He has over 7 years of experience in profession, having specialization in Assurance and Indirect Taxation practice. He has varied exposure in the fields of Risk Management, SOX and Clause 49 Compliance, Standard Operating Procedures, Internal Audits and Information System Audits, Statutory Audits, Corporate and Individual Taxation and Financial Reporting.

Aman Jain B.Com, ACA His forte in Tax Planning, Advisory / Consultancy in major areas of Direct taxation, International taxation, Regulatory and allied areas and Advisory on cross border tax structuring, double taxation treaties and domestic taxation issues to various corporate/ non corporate clients and Follow-up with the departments in getting refunds, intimations, assessment orders and ensuring all details required by department are duly and accurately submitted. Aman has worked with leading companies ICICI Bank.

Sumit Marwah, B.Com, FCA, member of the firm. He has over 10 years of experience inPreparation of income tax appeals, paper books including research on case laws, drafting of statement of facts and grounds of appeals for cases before Tax Tribunal & Commissioner (Appeals) Representation before tax authorities from Tax officer to Tax Tribunal level and argued the cases before them independently
